Summary of the Role:
The SPA Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests after the front office operations at the spa, providing a courteous and professional service.
reception, management and advice to the customer in the orientation of services;
bookings and related correspondence including health aspects and medical agenda;
support to the department for complementary activities;
Preparation of offers and estimates.
