SPA RECEPTIONIST
Duties
To be responsible for running the Reception's daily operations.
To execute check-in check-out process
To provide efficient, prompt and proactive service to the guests
To keep the reception in full working order.
Ensuring service excellence according to the company’s standards
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high standard environment, and creative problem solving skills are necessary
The applicants must speak French (any other language will be considered as an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable at least one year of previous experience
