- Minimum Qualification: Level 6 (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) OR Culinary Qualification
- Ability Skills: Catering, Hospitality
- Competency Skills: Teamwork, Working on own Initiative
- Specialising In: Culinary skills
