Description de l’offre d’emploi

Do you want to lead the qualification of our smart metering products and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance? Are you motivated by driving structured test governance from early concept through to release? And do you thrive at the intersection of hardware, firmware, connectivity, and regulatory requirements?

Here is what the job entails

As a Senior Product Qualification Specialist, you will lead the full qualification campaign for our smart and robust metering products — from early concept to final release. You will own the test governance, maintain the qualification plans, drive the product qualification activities, and act as the authorized owner approving results. You will also help shape the long-term vision for qualification in the Water Division, setting the direction for quality governance and building frameworks that secure product performance, compliance, and long service life across all technical disciplines.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Defining and maintaining the full product qualification test plan across the development lifecycle
  • Aligning test scope, acceptance criteria, and timelines with architects, functional leads, QA, regulatory specialists, and product managers
  • Coordinating, overseeing, and reporting on all internal and external test activities, including integration, accredited external testing, field validation, and connectivity verification
  • Securing full coverage of functional testing, environmental stress, wireless performance, and statutory/regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and approving results as qualification governance lead, including managing deviations, performing risk assessments, and defining retest strategies

This is a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in product qualification and shape how we secure quality across our smart metering portfolio. You will collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines, gain real influence on our governance frameworks, and work hands‑on with advanced technologies. If you want a role where you can grow, make a clear technical impact, and elevate your skills to the next level, this position offers exactly that.

Meet your future team

You will join our Connectivity Technology team within the Water Division. You will be working across all engineering disciplines involved in developing our smart metering products. The team is a highly skilled group engaged in early innovation, system design, and product development. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in hardware, software, firmware, and regulatory engineering. The environment is both structured and collaborative, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, compliant, and high‑performing products.

Less about us, more about you

We are looking for a Senior Product Qualification Specialist who combines strong technical insight with a structured and analytical mindset. You excel at aligning stakeholders around clear test strategies and thrive in a role with high responsibility and broad technical impact.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree in electronic engineering, embedded systems, or a related technical discipline
  • Bring documented experience with product qualification, compliance testing, or verification & validation of hardware‑based products
  • Have a solid understanding of EMC, environmental testing, safety standards, and wireless communication requirements
  • Communicate clearly and drive alignment on test strategy, priorities, and acceptance criteria
  • Make sound, evidence‑based decisions and work in a structured, methodical way

As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in Danish is a plus.

While you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position. If you find the role intriguing, do not hesitate to apply.

We are more than an ordinary workplace

We cherish the good colleagueship which we all contribute to, the only limit is your engagement. As we are a big organization you are bound to find one or more colleagues who share the same interest as you. This might be in our board game club, on our cycling team, during our yearly summer festival, or on the padel court. For example, our Team lead, Service Delivery is also our volunteer padel instructor while one of our Software Test Engineers run weekly spinning classes.

Besides the best colleagues you could imagine, we also offer:

  • Work life balance through flexible working hours
  • Employee benefits including a healthy canteen, fitness facilities, in-house dental clinic, hairdresser, and a free health clinic
  • An active employee association that fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace community
