To manage the restaurant, they are looking for a colleague to perform the following tasks:
Planning, management, organization of work in catering and hotel service
scheduling of employees, design of food offer
Implementation of HACCP
issuing investments, taking care of fixed assets
other tasks as directed by the director.
secondary or higher general or professional education in catering, tourism or other fields
one year of work experience
knowledge of Slovenian and other languages
the joy of working with guests
independence, work under pressure
organization and reliability
caring for team spirit
driving licence B
free accommodaton and food
dynamic work in nature in a good group
long-term work for an indefinite period after the completion of the trial period.
