Receptionist at a small treehouse hotel

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team in the afternoons. If you like dealing with customers, are a decisive person and love working in an environment surrounded by nature, this offer is for you!

The tasks you will have to carry out:

Customer service:
- Serve and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the hotel, services and activities in the area.
- Answer inquiries by phone, email and social media.
- Manage special requests (romantic details, celebrations, etc.).

Reservation and stay management:
- Check in and check out guests.
- Manage reservations and cancellations.
- Confirm payments and record guest details.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure cabins are ready.

Administrative tasks:
- Keep the reservation system updated.
- Prepare and review invoices.
- Manage customer incidents or complaints.
- Archive documents related to customer reservations and stays.

Internal coordination and support:
- Communicate with the maintenance and cleaning team in case of special needs.
- Report on possible improvements in customer service.
- Ensure that common areas are tidy and welcoming.

- Previous experience in reception or customer service (valuable).
- Speaking Spanish is essential (other languages ​​will be a plus).
- Good level of organization and autonomy.
- Kind and pro-active attitude.
