POOL ATTENDANT

The Pool Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the pool area. This role involves assisting guests, monitoring the pool’s cleanliness and water quality, and maintaining the overall atmosphere to enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: • Guest Service: Greet guests, offer poolside amenities (towels, chairs, umbrellas), and respond to requests. • Pool Maintenance: Clean the pool, check water quality, and monitor pool equipment. • Safety: Ensure guest safety by enforcing pool rules and responding to emergencies. • Area Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas. • Inventory: Track and maintain pool supplies, including towels and cleaning products. Work Environment: • Outdoor, poolside environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift light equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to swim and assist guests in the pool if necessary.
