F&B ATTENDANT

As a F&B Attendant, you will play an essential role in providing excellent service to our guests. You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
-Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
-Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
-Serve food and drinks promptly to guests, ensuring correct orders and proper presentation.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Assist with setting up and clearing dining tables before and after meals.
-Process payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy.
-Provide guests with menu details, offer recommendations, and inform them of any specials or promotions.
-Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and beverage stations, to ensure smooth operations.
-Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Experience in a similar position minimum 12months
