We are looking for a motivated and responsible Machine Operator (M/F) to join our growing production team. In this role, you will prepare, set up, and operate machines or production lines, monitor and optimize production processes, and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards. You will also participate in improvement projects, handle basic maintenance tasks, and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Exigences professionnelles
- Secondary technical or relevant vocational education
- Experience in machine operation or production preferred
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety standards
- Responsible, accurate, and motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of production processes
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
- Forklift license is an advantage
