Laser cutter operator/programmer

A tech-savvy professional capable of interpreting complex 3D and 2D blueprints to ensure high-precision output. The role requires a deep understanding of metal properties and the ability to independently set up machines, adjust CNC parameters—specifically Trumpf NC-code—and manage automated loading sequences. Beyond technical proficiency with calipers and micrometers, a sharp eye is required for quality to maintain their "no-finishing-required" standard and the troubleshooting skills to resolve minor software or mechanical disruptions. Ideally, a background of mechanical or technical industry is required to optimize nesting and minimize material waste.
