We are looking for Kitchen Porters to join our winning team at The Smugglers inn for our 2023 season.

The Smugglers Inn is situated in Southwest Ireland a mile from the village of Waterville.

This role is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of high hygiene standards in the kitchen environment

This is a full-time role working 5 days over 7, including weekends.

Exigences professionnelles

Have the ability to work in a busy pressurised environment
To ensure that the kitchen area is clean and tidy at all times both during and after service
To ensure the back of house and staff areas are kept clean and tidy
To ensure the high standards of cleanliness are adhered to at all times in accordance with HACCP specifications
Be flexible in relation to hours of work
To participate fully in training provided by the company
Assist The Chefs where required with basic food preparation, Training will be given
