German Outbound Contact Center Supervisor
About Us: At Konecta, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outbound Contact Center Supervisor to join our team and lead our German-speaking outbound contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of outbound contact center agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Native German.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within outbound contact center campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using contact center software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
