About Us: At Konecta, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outbound Contact Center Supervisor to join our team and lead our German-speaking outbound contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of outbound contact center agents.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Условия на работата

Requirements:

  • Native German.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within outbound contact center campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using contact center software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
