We are looking for a front office agent. A requirement is good knowledge not only of Italian but also of written and spoken German and spoken and written English. Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork are required.

Main responsibilities

  • guest reception, check-in, and check-out activities, cash management, and document issuing
  • accounting
  • collaborating with all the hotel's internal departments
  • handling guest complaints and grievances
  • accommodation on request
  • food, uniforms
Exigences professionnelles

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the role in similar hotel contexts
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of German, English, and Italian
Atout

Behavioural skills required

  • Problem-solving: Be able to work in stressful situations, mainly when dealing with
  • Handling guest complaints and grievances in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Relationship skills: ability to work in a cohesive and motivated team
  • Results orientation: is concrete and achievable concerning the goals he/she sets himself/herself
  • Languages required: German and English. Italian is a plus
