Our international client is looking for Dutch Customer care agents to handle all customer needs, in an efficient, professional and approachable manner.
Responsibilities
- Handle all the incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and /or chat
- Providing assistants related to sales matters
- Clarifying invoicing and payments (incl. dropping procedure of customers, payments plan, deferred payments and when to cancel costs
- Advising client of Tariff changes (incl. proposing a product change or a discount)
- Increase client’s satisfaction while building and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Secondary school level of qualification
- Previous proven customer service experience
- Dutch – native level (oral and written)
- English - working level
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to learn
- Customer oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Not afraid to take decisions
- Team player with good logical and analytical thinking
