As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:

  • Carrying out a professional service in compliance with quality standards
  • Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
  • Responsibility for proper accounting and correct billing if the competence has been granted
  • Preparation of events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place
  • Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)

You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in the upscale hotel industry is desirable
  • Openness, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
