As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Carrying out a professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Responsibility for proper accounting and correct billing if the competence has been granted
- Preparation of events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place
- Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)

- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the upscale hotel industry is desirable
