Tasks:
- Preparing and setting up CNC lathes from various manufacturers
- Operation of CNC turning machines
- The production of test parts and the correction of dimensions and cutting values
- The Optimization of machining processes and programming machining sequences
- Analyzing the causes of errors and the associated elimination of malfunctions in the event of process disruptions
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work
Exigences professionnelles
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f) specializing in turning or comparable training in the metal industry
- Several years of professional experience in the metal industry
- Experience in working with CNC controls
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Language skills: German level B2
