Tasks:

  • Preparing and setting up CNC lathes from various manufacturers
  • Operation of CNC turning machines
  • The production of test parts and the correction of dimensions and cutting values
  • The Optimization of machining processes and programming machining sequences
  • Analyzing the causes of errors and the associated elimination of malfunctions in the event of process disruptions
  • Carrying out maintenance and repair work 
Functievereisten
  • Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f) specializing in turning or comparable training in the metal industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the metal industry
  • Experience in working with CNC controls
  • Reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Language skills: German level B2
