Job Description  
Ready to ignite your career as a Customer Support Representative?  
We seek a Customer Support Specialist, fluent in Dutch & English (f/m/d) for a project related to a Renewable Energy Company. 

Main responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicate with customers through various channels;
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
  • Know our client's products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Location: Lisbon
Schedules: Full presential from Monday to Sunday - from 9 am to 06 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week.

Exigences professionnelles

Profile:

  • Oral and written communication skills in the following language - Dutch and English (mandatory);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Very good technical knowledge;
  • Strong Customer and results orientation.
