Customer Service Representative.

We are currently hiring for a number of organisations across Ireland.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day inquiries and activities. 

 

The Role.

  • Responsible for day-to-day interaction with Customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintains and improves relationships with clients by providing support, information, and punctual responses to customer requests.
  • Input and manage Customer orders while obtaining approvals from functional departments for accurate and reliable delivery dates.
  • Interfaces with customers
  • Assist with maintaining and updating customer details

Ideal Candidate.

  • 3rd Level qualification in the area of Business / Commerce desirable
  • Experience working in a Customer Service role 
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success both verbal and written.
