Customer Service Representative.
We are currently hiring for a number of organisations across Ireland.
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day inquiries and activities.
The Role.
- Responsible for day-to-day interaction with Customers in a professional and timely manner
- Maintains and improves relationships with clients by providing support, information, and punctual responses to customer requests.
- Input and manage Customer orders while obtaining approvals from functional departments for accurate and reliable delivery dates.
- Interfaces with customers
- Assist with maintaining and updating customer details
Ideal Candidate.
- 3rd Level qualification in the area of Business / Commerce desirable
- Experience working in a Customer Service role
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success both verbal and written.
