Tasks:
- Clarification of customer inquiries
- Maintenance of transaction data

Exigences professionnelles
- Ideally experience as a call center agent/customer service representative
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications
- Profound language skills in German
- Profound language skills English, French, Dutch, Norwegian or Portuguese
- Very good communication skills
