Tasks:

  • Clarification of customer inquiries
  • Maintenance of transaction data
  • Customer service and customer support
  • Support of private customers via e-mail, chat or social media
Munkaköri követelmények
  • Ideally experience as a call center agent/customer service representative
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications
  • Profound language skills in German
  • Profound language skills English, French, Dutch, Norwegian or Portuguese
