For our location in Munich (HAWE GmbH) we are looking for a Construction Manager in Civil Engineering (m/w/d)
Your role:
• Independent organization and execution of our construction projects, taking into account quality, punctuality, economy and work safety
• Construction preparation
• Preparation of dimensioning and billing documents as well as performance lists, construction flow charts, supplemental bids and site documentation
• Calculation of offers and discounts
• Arrangement of personnel, equipment and materials in coordination
• Contact person for authorities, customers and subcontractors

• Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer or equivalent
• Ideally experience in planning, coordination, construction management and supervision, and civil engineering
• Technical and commercial understanding
• Self-employed, structured, reliable and self-responsible work in the sense of entrepreneurial activity
• Safe operation and cost awareness
• Strong team skills, communication skills and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
