The resource, joining in a highly qualified team and under the supervision of the Restaurant and of the Bar Manager, will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. He/she will provide support the floor team and the bar team regarding the set-up prior to service.

Candidates must have great team spirit, the desire to achieve shared objectives and availability to work full-time in a refined and sustainable dining room and kitchen project.

The resource will be responsible for:

Preparation and service of drinks and cocktails
Mise en place for the bar and for the restaurant
Help in the management and preparation of the restaurant service

Exigences professionnelles

Knowledge of various room service techniques and a strong interest in the world of wine
Knowledge of the preparation of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
Passion, enthusiasm and guest orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, willingness to help colleagues
The ideal candidate is an open-minded person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop
