- (Independent) cooking and high-quality preparation of (the most complex) dishes from the restaurant’s offer, à la carte dishes, dietary dishes, banquet and festive meals
- Distribution and portioning of food
- Assisting in the preparation of menus and recipes
- Pre-preparation and cleaning of food
- Taking inventories, keeping records
- Receiving foodstuffs, pre-preparation and cleaning of food
- Ensuring the rational use of materials and the correct storage of food
- Ensuring that the work is safe and the work environment is clean and tidy
- Ensuring the required hygiene conditions
- Compliance with safety instructions
Exigences professionnelles
- Level 4 or 5 qualification in hospitality, tourism or other relevant discipline
- Work experience in this type of work
- Basic knowledge of one foreign language
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-initiative, tidy, and dynamic
- Communications skills
