Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, serve and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Follow recipes correctly and maintain consistency.
- Recommend and suggest specialties to the guests through menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
- Process payments.
- Manage inventory.
- Cleaning of bar supplies and equipment.
- Follow health and safety serving regulations.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Verify age requirements.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Follow all opening, daily and closing duties.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requests.
