What began as a small seafood restaurant has evolved into a dynamic brand spanning KLAW – The Seafood Café, The Salty Buoy food truck, and The Urban Monger retail store—all championing fresh, responsibly sourced Irish seafood. We’ve also expanded into new ventures including Seafood Suppers, a range of chef-crafted ready-to-eat meals that bring restaurant-quality seafood home; The Consultancy Co., offering expert guidance on seafood sourcing, sustainability, and hospitality; and Lambay Island Crab, reviving a historic Irish crab brand with traceable, low-impact fishing from the pristine waters off Lambay Island.
