We’ve also expanded into new ventures including Seafood Suppers, a range of chef-crafted ready-to-eat meals that bring restaurant-quality seafood home; The Consultancy Co., offering expert guidance on seafood sourcing, sustainability, and hospitality; and Lambay Island Crab, reviving a historic Irish crab brand with traceable, low-impact fishing from the pristine waters off Lambay Island.
