The job 

  • Your task is to support business customers from our Contact Center in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Assist travelers in finding, planning and booking their flight and/or hotel and facilitate a worry-free and efficient travel experience.

The activities 

  • Customer advice of business customers (B 2 B) before, during and after the business trip.
  • Customer contact by telephone and e-mail, mainly in German in exceptional cases calls may also be received in English via the German-speaking customer service team.
  • Rebooking and cancelations of flights.
  • New bookings and changes to train journeys, hotels, ferries, and group tours.
  • Active sales advice with the aim of successful flight and/or hotel reservations.
  • Please note that for this job position both good German and English, in written and spoken English is required.
Job requirements

High School Diploma

English B2/C1

Good computer skills

Sales experience

To work towards the achievement of objectives set by the client and internally.

To have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.

Nice to have

Contact Center experience
