Travel Consultant - German speaker
The job
- Your task is to support business customers from our Contact Center in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Assist travelers in finding, planning and booking their flight and/or hotel and facilitate a worry-free and efficient travel experience.
The activities
- Customer advice of business customers (B 2 B) before, during and after the business trip.
- Customer contact by telephone and e-mail, mainly in German in exceptional cases calls may also be received in English via the German-speaking customer service team.
- Rebooking and cancelations of flights.
- New bookings and changes to train journeys, hotels, ferries, and group tours.
- Active sales advice with the aim of successful flight and/or hotel reservations.
- Please note that for this job position both good German and English, in written and spoken English is required.
High School Diploma
English B2/C1
Good computer skills
Sales experience
To work towards the achievement of objectives set by the client and internally.
To have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
