A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Checking, maintenance and care of the guest rooms
- Managing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring cleanliness in public areas
- Ensuring cleanliness in the back of house area
- Use of "HotSOS" software
- Reporting to the responsible shift leader
- Assisting other housekeeping areas as required
- Maintaining good working relationships with our contractors
- Carrying out regular basic cleaning tasks
- Working in an environmentally conscious manner
