Supervisor Housekeeping
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at ROBINSON Quinta da Ria. In this role, you will supervise daily housekeeping operations, coordinate and motivate a large team, and ensure the highest cleaning standards in guest rooms and public areas. We are seeking a hands-on, organised, and service-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, good English, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends. Experience in hotel operations and knowledge of hotel systems will be considered a plus.
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and motivated professional with previous experience in housekeeping supervision or team coordination, preferably in the hotel industry. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high quality standards are essential. Good command of English is required, while knowledge of German and hotel management systems such as Opera or NewHotel will be considered an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is also important.
Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of hotel management systems, and additional language skills may constitute an advantage. We are looking for motivated and committed candidates with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
