You will
- Offer a variety of pastries at the buffet or by the plate, particularly in the bistronomic restaurant, while personalizing customer relations
- Assist the pastry chef in his or her various tasks
- Check buffet set-up, presentation and replenishment (600 to 1000 covers per service)
- Manage a team of 1 to 2 commis pastry chefs
- Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and upkeep of the property.
