You will
- Manage a team of 2 to 5 pastry chefs
- Offer a wide variety of pastries at the buffet, personalizing the customer experience
- Check that buffets (600 to 1000 place settings per service) are set up, enhanced and restocked.
- Manage pastry orders and inventories
- Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and upkeep of the property.
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
- B2 level of english or french
- Experience in the role
- Availability to international mobility
