  • Leading a service station after training
  • Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints
  • Responsible for proper accounting and correct billing, control of inventory
Job requirements

To ensure professional service, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry is desirable
  • good manners, a positive and well-groomed appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages ​​are an advantage

You are also characterized by absolute service orientation, high reliability and resilience as well as a careful way of working. We should get to know each other!
