- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints
- Responsible for proper accounting and correct billing, control of inventory
To ensure professional service, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry is desirable
- good manners, a positive and well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
