 What are your tasks? 

  • you organise a perfect working process in absence of the Chef de Partie incl. all relevant tasks. 
  • Preparation, presentation and quality assurance of all meals of our F&B Outlets as well as during events.
  • creation of temporary and creative recipes, meals considering seasonal and regional characteristics
  • granting hygiene and safety standards acc. to HACCP as well as our Quality Standards
  • you are co-responsible for the introduction of new colleagues and trainees incl. the preparation and practising of trainings

  • Buying/ordering of goods and products and their treatment

    Which are our requirements?

    - German Level B1-2, Englisch B1-2

    - ideal: you had an education as a professional cook

    - experience in banquets and/or sophisticated cuisine

    - high consciousness of quality and service orientation

    - structured and autonomous way of working as well as good time management

    - creativity and attention to detail

    - prepared to learn and motivated

    - reliable team player, determined personality
