Job offer description

We are looking for individuals with a great culinary background to cover the positions of Cooks (A/B/C) within a vast variety of locations and establishments within Greece based Hospitality and F&B establishments for the summer season of 2024. For the Assistant Cook positions, we will consider recent culinary graduates with little to no previous experience. All interested candidates can send directly their CV to info@arhes.eu along with a copy of their culinary diploma or/and other relevant docs and sate clearly for which position they wish to be considered, as each applicant will be evaluated on a separate base. 

Job requirements
  • Culinary Degree in a corresponding specialty, or/and proven strong previous experience in the F&B hospitality industry
  • Valid EU passport 
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Player and problem solver
  • Efficiency and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Good knowledge of preparation and cooking methods, ingredients and equipments  
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
Nice to have
  • Similar experience in Mediterranean Food cuisine
