Cooks (A/B/C) & Assistant Cook
We are looking for individuals with a great culinary background to cover the positions of Cooks (A/B/C) within a vast variety of locations and establishments within Greece based Hospitality and F&B establishments for the summer season of 2024. For the Assistant Cook positions, we will consider recent culinary graduates with little to no previous experience. - Culinary Degree in a corresponding specialty, or/and proven strong previous experience in the F&B hospitality industry
- Valid EU passport
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills
- Team Player and problem solver
- Efficiency and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Good knowledge of preparation and cooking methods, ingredients and equipments
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
- Similar experience in Mediterranean Food cuisine
