In this position you are responsible for:
- preparing and presenting all food served in our restaurant and banquet area
- to stick to HACCP standards
- review inventory and submit order requests as necessary
- provide creative suggestions for recipes and menu items
Requirements:
- You are flexible and creative
- strong organizational skills and an energetic personality
- well-developed communication and customer relations skills
- English and German language skills (basic)
