Are you ready to take on the challenge of implementing an innovative content management system changing the way people experience the web? Do you have the know-how to optimise our users’ online experience and ensure consistency across our websites? Then you could be the new webmaster that Danfoss Power Electronics Branding & Communication department is looking for. You will join a department of 8 dedicated and inspiring colleagues, working with diverse aspects of market communication in a global organisation. We have ambitious digital marketing goals and are working with the latest cutting edge web technology. Create, optimise and maintain websites and digital touch points You will be responsible for creation, maintenance and optimisation of our current and future websites. Together with us you will define requirements, develop optimal content and build sites using the Ektron content management system. You will be the person ensuring appropriate testing prior to launch of new or updated websites. You will also be responsible for ongoing review of web content, always ensuring optimal performance of the sites, relevant content and high usability. Among your responsibilities are: •Support the global roll out of our new Ektron CMS •Train and support regional and local marketing colleagues in web activities •Specify requirements for future developments •Improve and update performance of websites to ensure site optimisation •Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives •Review and monitor site analytics •Manage SEO and similar techniques •Identify and implement new digital tools and platforms – internally or with partners – to keep the company in the forefront of developments in digital marketing Focused commercial profile, solid business understanding and the will to win Your background is relevant, most likely a bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing. Alternatively you are a multimedia designer. You have several years’ experience in working with web editing/web development, preferably in a global company. You are experienced in web and digital touch point development, with a proven track record in creating, adapting, and unifying content for the web, based on solid business understanding. You are confident with more than one CMS system. You possess basic working knowledge of HTML, and you are proficient in web analytics, SEO etc. You have a strong drive and are curious, always investigating the latest developments in web and digital touch point concepts. You get the job done, no matter what. Last but not least, you are fluent and accurate in written and spoken English.
