As a Technical Support Manager at Casablanca Hotelsoftware, you are part of a motivated team and support our (major) customers by phone or on site with questions of a technical nature in numerous application areas.
- You receive requests for different systems from our customers and analyse, coordinate and solve these requests.
- You are responsible for finding technical solutions to various problems
- You document enquiries and problems as well as their solution
- You build up your extensive know-how in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- You act as an interface between hotel operations and the internal development department
Anforderungen an die Stelle
- Relevant education at least at Matura level (HAK, HTL, technical college, IT college, etc.) is required.
- An affinity for IT is a prerequisite and initial experience in the area of IT support would be an advantage.
- Enjoyment of tricky tasks and a high degree of willingness to learn
- Passion for the hotel industry and enthusiasm for contact with customers
- You bring in your knowledge and experience
- Reliability, team spirit and commitment - you enjoy working in a team
