One of our clients is looking for a technical support agent, fluent in German, for a role in Lisbon, fully on-site. If you enjoy helping customers and can provide exceptional customer support, this might be the right opportunity for you!

 

Your day to day:

· Telephone support for customer calls in German.

· Handle customer requests and update them in our IT systems (e.g., changes to rates or pricing plans, activation of options or services, address changes).

· Manage processes related to fiber optic link requests – handling requests, error detection, and implementing solutions with our internal and external partners.

· Troubleshooting and configuration: routers, WiFi networks, TV boxes, fiber optic configuration, etc.

Anforderungen an die Stelle

Who we are looking for:

· Excellent command of German – minimum level C1; English is an advantage.

· Interest in telecommunications products.

· Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.

· Technical knowledge in the following areas: network connectivity and Internet, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration. Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN (WiFi), and VOIP.
