Do you want to unfold your quality skills and mindset within our supply chain? At Danfoss Power Electronics we are on the lookout for a Supply Quality Engineer with a high level of drive. You will join a world leader within development, production and sales of Frequency Converters. You will have many professional colleagues, including purchasers, engineers and supply chain professionals. Improve supplier quality Your objective is to improve the quality of components delivered by our suppliers as well as ensuring that they perform the corrective actions to minimise iterative errors. In detail, you will: •Handle quality deviations •Conduct supplier process audits •Be involved in supplier quality strategy •Set quality objectives within your area of responsibility together with the purchaser and engineer responsible It is also your job to contribute to improving internal processes, the development of joint quality tools and standards. You will be reporting to the Senior Director Global Purchasing. Meticulous engineer with knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS16949. Your background is an engineering degree topped with solid experience with working with supplier quality. If you hold a certificate in auditing, it would definitely be an advantage. Your previous work has given you hands on experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and TS16949. Moreover, you are a skilled user of Six Sigma tools such as SPC, MSA, D- and PFMEA. Work Experience with APQP/PPAP. You are excellent in electronic manufacturing processes and have a general flair for using IT tools, and if you have knowledge of SAP, it would be a plus. You are meticulous and take pride in following your tasks through while maintaining a solid overview. You thrive in a job where you alternate between independent work and teamwork.
