FUNCTION

You’ll work for the Buildings discipline, department Constructions. They work on mono- and multidisciplinary projects for clients in the Oil&Gas, Energy, (Petro-)Chemical and Food industry. The clients are based in The Netherlands and most of the work (designing) will be executed in our client’s office. As a senior you’re a master in complex calculations on concrete and steel constructions and you’ll also have an organizing / coordinating role. You’re involved in determining the project planning and –budget for your own discipline. You’ll have meetings with internal and external clients (also in the proposal phase). You’re responsible for the structural design, execute complex calculations and you give directions (professionally) to other structural engineers and draughtsmen.

PROFILE
 

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural
  • 8+ years of Structural Engineering experience with industrial buildings such as Process or Power plants, Tank storage, Offshore constructions/platforms, etc. No residential buildings, offices, schools, etc.
  • Knowledge of Eurocodes
  • Knowledge of both Steel and Concrete
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills
