Senior Duty Manager–  Dublin City Centre

 

Logic360 Ireland is urgently looking for a passionate and energetic individual who has previously worked as a Senior Duty Manager and would like to proceed in their career within the Hotel industry. 

 

Duties:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Duty Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel
  • Oversee the operations of the Hotel
  • Ensure quality and standards are met consistently
  • Assist with the management of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department
  • Food and beverage management 
  • Have full knowledge of the hotel and all departments, 

 

Shifts / Hours: 

  • Shift work 

 

Skills / Experience required: 

  • Have previous supervisory experience within the Hospitality Industry
  • Previous experience using a PMS system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have a passion for the success
  • Can do attitude
  • Truly enjoys dealing with customers
  • Good leader and a team player
  • Excellent upselling of all areas of the Hotel,
