Senior Duty Manager– Dublin City Centre
Logic360 Ireland is urgently looking for a passionate and energetic individual who has previously worked as a Senior Duty Manager and would like to proceed in their career within the Hotel industry.
Duties:
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Duty Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel
- Oversee the operations of the Hotel
- Ensure quality and standards are met consistently
- Assist with the management of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department
- Food and beverage management
- Have full knowledge of the hotel and all departments,
Shifts / Hours:
- Shift work
Skills / Experience required:
- Have previous supervisory experience within the Hospitality Industry
- Previous experience using a PMS system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have a passion for the success
- Can do attitude
- Truly enjoys dealing with customers
- Good leader and a team player
- Excellent upselling of all areas of the Hotel,
