As an assistant manager, you ensure a smooth day-to-day business. Even if it gets stressful - you keep the overview and face every challenge

In your role as Assistant Manager, you will be working hands-on, from preparing the fresh ingredients for the day, through checking our burgers, to customer service - you're just as involved as the team

Count Numbers - You assist the General Manager in analyzing sales and KPIS, and then derive appropriate revenue-raising measures

Together with the general manager, you ensure efficient goods management

Safety first - you make sure that our quality, safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times

You help the general manager to design an optimal workforce planning and to recruit the crew

You recognize talents and potentials within the team and support them with the appropriate training
Your profile - "Are you made of the right stuff?"

You have already gained experience in a comparable position in the service sector, preferably in (hotel) catering or the hotel industry

You have good command of English

You convince by your empathic nature and your good business knowledge
