Recruitment Specialist
Do you communicate fluently in German, Czech, French or Spanish and have fluency in English? Are you experienced in managing recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers and seeking new job opportunities? If yes, you could be the candidate we are currently looking for on behalf of our well-known international Client in Cracow.
The purpose of this job is to work as recruiter and manage recruitment processes. In this position you will interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools (e.g. Xing or Linked-In). On your daily basis you will be interviewing candidates on the phone, building talent pools and screening candidates CVs against provided criteria. Moreover, you’ll be in charge of undertaking market mapping projects.
To be a successful candidate you need to have strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
